The shareholders approved the amendments to the previously adopted decision on 15 September at an extraordinary general meeting.
Initially, following a resolution of the annual general meeting held on 29 May 2026, the company had planned to issue 2,100,118 ordinary registered shares with a total value of 890.6 million KGS. The price per share at that time was approximately 424.07 KGS.
The issue size has now been increased to 3,274,242 shares, representing an increase of almost 56 per cent. The total value of the issue has risen by 470.6 million KGS to 1.36 billion KGS.
However, the price per share has, conversely, fallen slightly to 415.73 KGS.
The date used to determine the group of shareholders entitled to participate in the private placement has also changed. Previously, the shares were to be allocated among shareholders registered as at 27 May; now, they will be allocated among shareholders as at 11 September.
As before, the additional shares will be allocated in proportion to each shareholder’s stake. Payment may be made in cash, or in movable or immovable property.
The placement will commence following state registration of the issue and will last for 30 days. For the ninth issue to be deemed valid, the company must place at least 80 per cent of the additional shares.
