09/21/2026, 14:37Sergey Shevtsov transferred 143,000 shares in ‘Kiksharing Central Asia’ to Maxim Syshchikov under a deed of gift. As a result, Shevtsov’s stake in the company fell from 36.29 per cent to 21.99 per cent, whilst Syshchikov became the owner of 14.3 per cent of the shares.
The changes to the register of shareholders took place on 17 September.
Prior to the transaction, Shevtsov held 362,931 ordinary shares in the company. Following the transfer of part of his stake, he retained 219,931 shares, representing 21.99 per cent of the authorised capital.
Maxim Syshchikov, in turn, received 143,000 ordinary shares, corresponding to 14.3 per cent of the authorised capital.
The basis for the change in shareholdings is a gift agreement dated 17 September 2026.
The nominal value of the transferred stake is 143,000 KGS.
It should be noted that ‘Kicksharing Central Asia’ operates in the field of urban services and micromobility. In 2022, according to the company, it was the first to launch kicksharing in Kyrgyzstan and today holds around 90 per cent of the micromobility market.
As well as electric scooter hire, the company is developing a charging infrastructure and a cycling division, and has announced plans to enter new markets.
