06/04/2025, 16:57OJSC PTO Kyrgyztorgtekhnika intends to purchase an unfinished non-residential building located at 2/1 Kulatova Street in Bishkek from Ayil Bank. The decision was made at the company's annual shareholders' meeting held on April 25, 2025.
According to the minutes of the meeting, the purchase will be made on the terms proposed by Ayyl Bank. Details of the terms, including the price and method of financing, have not yet been disclosed in open sources. It is known that the area of the site is 0.261 hectares.
During the meeting, the shareholders also approved a number of other major transactions related to the company's property on Kulatova Street. In particular, these include the transfer of a land plot as collateral and preparations for the division of the plot that the company plans to acquire.
