02/23/2026, 17:42From 16 to 20 February 2026, the trading volume on the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange amounted to 3 billion 664.76 million KGS. During the reporting period, 64 transactions with corporate and government securities were registered.
The key feature of the week was the concentration of turnover in shares: 95.5% of the total volume was accounted for by transactions with ordinary shares of companies. Debt instruments accounted for a significantly smaller share.
In the government securities segment, three transactions were concluded with 12-month government treasury bills for 136.59 million KGS. The transaction price was 90.40 KGS, with an average weighted yield of 10.5%.
Thirty-two transactions were registered on the primary corporate securities market. Investors purchased foreign currency and subordinated bonds. In particular, the placement of securities by Dos-Kredobank OJSC and Kaindy-Kant OJSC provided 22.47 million KGS in turnover.
On the secondary market, the volume amounted to 2.68 million KGS. Shares of OJSC Airports of Kyrgyzstan, OJSC National Electric Grid of Kyrgyzstan, Aigul OJSC and TSUM Aichurek OJSC, as well as bonds of First Metallobaza LLC and MFC InvestKor SA OJSC.
The official list of the exchange includes securities of 36 companies. Transactions with listed instruments amounted to 25.12 million KGS, or 0.7% of the total turnover.
As of 20 February, the market capitalisation reached 216.41 billion KGS, and the KSE index stood at 6,210.41 points. The trading structure indicates the market's continued dependence on stock transactions, with limited activity in the bond segment.
