Shareholder of the car assembly plant has resigned from the position of chairman of the board

There have been changes in the executive body of the open joint-stock company Avtosborochny Zavod. The company's board of directors decided on March 5 to renew the composition of the management board.

The powers of the chairman of the board, Oleg Velilyayev, have been terminated. He headed the company's executive body and was also a shareholder in the enterprise, with a stake of approximately 0.054% in the authorized capital.

Nurlan Mamytov has been appointed as the new chairman of the board.

Oleg Velilyayev has retained his position in the company's management, taking the position of first deputy chairman of the board.

The powers of board member Medetkan Turumbekov have also been terminated.

The updated composition of the board of OJSC Avtosborochny Zavod includes:

• Nurlan Mamytov — Chairman of the Board;
• Oleg Velilyayev — First Deputy Chairman of the Board;
• Almaz Dzholdoshaliyev — Deputy Chairman of the Board for Security;
• Makira Syubaeva — Member of the Board;
• Chinara Abdykeeva — Member of the Board.
