The Ministry of Internal Affairs will purchase fabric and accessories for sewing uniforms for almost 9.5 million KGS

The Logistics and Public Catering Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kyrgyzstan has announced a tender for the purchase of fabrics and sewing accessories for making trousers and shirts. The planned purchase amount is 9 million 517.6 KGS.

Information about the purchase was published on March 9 on the public procurement portal. The procedure is being conducted by requesting quotations with qualification requirements, and bids from suppliers will be accepted until March 12.

According to the tender documentation, suppliers will have to provide raw materials for sewing uniforms, including:

• 14,400 meters of dark blue fabric for the main part of the clothing;
• 6,000 meters of lining fabric;
• 3,600 meters of pocket fabric;
• 720 meters of red drape material for edging;
• 5.34 million meters of sewing thread;
• 12,000 zippers, 45,000 shirt buttons, and 24,000 trouser buttons;
• packaging bags, corsage tape, interlining, interlining, elastic, as well as sewing machine needles and other accessories.

The goods must be delivered within five working days after the contract is signed.
