The Bishkek Financial and Economic Technical College is to allocate over 13.2 million KGS for a designer refurbishment

The ‘A. Toktonaliev Bishkek Financial and Economic Technical College’ has announced a tender for the major refurbishment of the second floor and the assembly hall in accordance with a design project. The information has been published on the public procurement portal.

The estimated cost of the works is 13,230,521 KGS. The refurbishment will take place at the college’s premises at 269 Chui Avenue, Bishkek.

The contractor will be selected via a request for quotations with qualification requirements. The deadline for submitting tenders is 13 July 2026, and the successful tenderer must complete the works within 45 calendar days of the contract being signed.

Under the terms of the procurement, tenderers must hold a valid construction licence, provide evidence of having completed at least three similar contracts between 2024 and 2025 with a total value of at least the value of the lot, demonstrate the availability of financial resources, and submit a certificate confirming that the company director has no criminal record. All works must be carried out in full in accordance with the design project and agreed with the client.
