Bishkeksut has concluded a major deal with Russia's Wimm-Bill-Dann

Open Joint Stock Company Bishkeksut announced a one-time transaction amounting to 10% or more of the issuer's assets as of the date of its conclusion.

The counterparty to the transaction is Joint Stock Company Wimm-Bill-Dann, headquartered in Moscow.

The transaction provides for the conclusion of a contract for the import of products. The contract was signed on December 15.

The information was provided to the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange in accordance with the requirements of the legislation on the disclosure of material facts by issuers.
