03/09/2026, 11:24Sadyr Zhaparov signed a decree amending a number of previous decrees regulating the activities of the Presidential Administration. The document was signed on March 4, 2026.
According to the decree, adjustments have been made to several regulatory acts, including the decree of January 31, 2017, on the register of state and municipal positions, as well as the decree of May 7, 2021, “On the Presidential Administration of the Kyrgyz Republic.”
The document also provides for changes in the structure and staffing of the Presidential Administration, previously approved by the decree of December 8, 2023. The new structure and staffing table are set out in separate annexes to the decree.
Among the changes is a clarification of the list of positions in the civil service register. In particular, the words “authorized representative of the president” and “employee” have been removed from a number of provisions.
The document separately establishes positions related to the coordination of Kyrgyzstan's national participation in the field of virtual assets and blockchain technologies.
