The mechanism is available through the Tunduk mobile app and allows users to block the possibility of obtaining loans and credits in their name from all financial and credit organisations in advance.
As a reminder, the self-imposed credit ban came into effect in Kyrgyzstan on 1 November 2025. The initiative was developed by members of the Jogorku Kenesh and approved by the president.
The service is provided free of charge and on a voluntary basis. Its purpose is to protect citizens from fraud and ill-considered debt burdens.
