Only 22% of companies consider their employer brand to be recognizable

Only one-fifth of companies in Kyrgyzstan consider their employer brand to be well recognized. This is according to a study by the HeadHunter platform.

According to employers' estimates, 40% of brands have an average level of recognition and are known mainly within their industry. Another 38% of companies believe that their employer brand has not yet been established.

Only 22% of organizations report high recognition, meaning that job seekers know and recommend the company.
