More than 227,000 Kyrgyz citizens received payments from pension savings

As of 1 December 2025, 227,354 people received payments from pension savings totalling 5 billion 877.8 million soms. These figures are provided in the official financing statistics. The bulk of the funds are traditionally directed to citizens who have reached retirement age — 199,750 people received 3 billion 100.8 million soms.

Significant amounts were also allocated to socially sensitive areas. Payments to the heirs of deceased insured persons were received by 11,919 people, totalling 361.9 million soms. Another 4,524 citizens who left the country for permanent residence received 254 million soms. Military personnel were transferred 11.7 million soms, and the officially unemployed — 6 million soms.

A separate block of payments is related to the resolution of housing issues. Persons who have already received a mortgage loan were sent 1 billion 787.5 million soms, and another 88.2 million soms were received by borrowers at the stage of mortgage registration. The funds were also used to pay off rent, participate in shared construction projects, and purchase housing in instalments. In addition, 129.5 million soms were allocated to citizens with serious illnesses. This approach reflects the desire to expand the possibilities for using pension savings and to support citizens in different life situations.
