08/22/2025, 10:43In January–July 2025, 5,265 individual houses with a total area of 711,000 square meters were commissioned in Kyrgyzstan. This is 1.8% more than in the same period last year.
Almost 20.7 billion KGS were invested in housing construction, which is 3.8% more than a year earlier. At the same time, the share of investment in individual construction decreased to 14.6% of the total volume, compared to 18.6% in 2024.
Most of the houses were built in the Jalal-Abad, Chui, and Osh regions, as well as in Bishkek. In rural areas, 414,000 square meters of housing were completed, accounting for 58% of the total volume.
