07/15/2025, 17:23Deputy Prime Minister Edil Baysalov met with Paralympian Zhalaldin Abduvaliev, who won the world title in paratriathlon in the PTVI category (athletes with visual impairments) at a tournament in Spain.
The meeting was also attended by the head coach of the national paratriathlon team, Andrei Khanadeev, Jalaldin Abduvaliev's guide Nikolai Vedmed, the director of the State Agency for Physical Culture and Sport, Aibek Abdyomunov, and triathlete Gulnaz Zhuzbaeva.
Edil Baisalov, on behalf of Prime Minister Adylbek Kasymaliyev, presented cash certificates to Zhalaldin Abduvaliev and the coaches.
The Deputy Prime Minister expressed his gratitude to the athlete for his strength of spirit, dedication to sport and the inspiration he gives to the whole community, as well as for his worthy representation of the country on the international stage.
Paratriathlon world champion Jalaldin Abduvaliev, in turn, expressed his gratitude for the attention paid by the state to the development of parasports. He noted that the support of the republic's leadership is a great motivation for him to continue training hard, achieve new sporting heights and proudly represent Kyrgyzstan on the international stage.
