08/16/2025, 16:00Prime Minister Adylbek Kasymaliyev took part in the ceremony to lay the foundation stone for the construction of a modern rehabilitation center for people with disabilities.
Speaking at the event, the head of the Cabinet emphasized that the laying of the capsule symbolizes the start of an important social project aimed at supporting vulnerable groups of citizens.
«Today, we are officially launching the construction of a modern rehabilitation center for people with disabilities. This is a step towards compassion and care for those who are in particular need of support. The implementation of such initiatives clearly demonstrates the growth and development of the country's economy. Not long ago, the opening of a paramedic and midwifery station was considered a great achievement, but today we are building hundreds of enterprises and social facilities every year. Thanks to the president's consistent policy, investment is increasing, new schools, hospitals, and residential buildings are being built, and economic growth rates exceed those of many countries», — he said.
The construction of the rehabilitation center is being funded by private investors. The project is scheduled for completion in 2026.
The rehabilitation center will provide medical, psychological, and social services to citizens with disabilities. The center will have the necessary infrastructure.
In addition, during his working trip, the head of the cabinet visited a park in the village of Tyup. As part of the park's reconstruction, a modern arch was installed, a new rural library building was constructed, children's playgrounds were installed, an open stage for cultural events was created, fountains were renovated, lawns were planted, and lighting was installed.
