A member of the board of directors of OJSC “Tündük” resigned voluntarily

There have been personnel changes within the executive body of the company “Tündük.” Uran Tarykbaev, a member of the company’s board, has stepped down from his position.

According to information disclosed by the issuer, the termination was based on a voluntary resignation.

The decision was made by the Presidential Administration on June 17 of this year.

No information regarding the appointment of a new board member had been provided at the time of this disclosure.
