According to him, many changes have already been implemented in the healthcare sector. Previously, the treatment of cancer was a monopoly of state institutions, and private clinics were not allowed to accept such patients.
Now the situation has changed: two private clinics have already received licences and started providing care to cancer patients.
«Since 2022, we have been working to remove barriers. Important documents have been adopted that will expand access to medical services», — said Baetov.
In addition, sanitary rules and regulations (SanPiN) have been significantly simplified. For the first time, the business community itself participated in their development, and the document has already entered into force.
Vaccination opportunities have also expanded: whereas previously vaccinations were only available in state hospitals, it is now possible to be vaccinated in private medical centres.
