According to him, rural residents are mainly engaged in cattle breeding, and it is important to create comfortable conditions for them.
In addition, the MP asked whether favourable loans for farmers would be provided this year.
In response, Deputy Agriculture Minister Janybek Kerimaliev said that four programmes have been developed to support farmers. They include the FSK-13 project, cluster financing at 6%, and a programme with an interest rate of 3%, which is being worked out. The fourth programme is focused on cooperatives with loans at 6%.
