07/01/2025, 16:57As part of the reform being carried out by the Ministry of Energy, a number of energy facilities are being reconstructed. In addition, old wooden supports are being replaced with reinforced concrete ones, and new ones are being installed in some areas.
Energy workers at the Chui Electric Grids Enterprise, a branch of OJSC ‘NESK,’ have completed 40% of the repair work planned for the upcoming autumn-winter period in the Panfilov district.
According to the plan for 2025, the Panfilov power engineers carried out major repairs on 20 transformers and 26 kilometres of overhead lines.
In addition, 125 transformer substations and 280 kilometres of overhead power lines were serviced. Also, 30 wooden poles that were in bad shape were replaced with new reinforced concrete ones.
By 1 November, the remaining 60% of repair work will be fully completed, including the laying of 12 kilometres of SIP cable and the installation of 150 reinforced concrete poles, as planned for the reconstruction.
