Kindergarten No. 93 was returned to state ownership

The SCNS KR revealed illegal transfer of the building of kindergarten No. 93 into private ownership. The building, located at 55A Logvinenko Street, Bishkek, was transferred to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic back in 1995 to accommodate diplomatic missions, but with the status of state property retained.

However, in 1999, the State Property Management Fund agreed to sell this building to a foreign organisation without diplomatic status, which violates Kyrgyz law.

After appealing to the court, the Pervomaisky District Court and the Bishkek City Court declared the sale contract invalid, and Kindergarten #93 returned to state ownership.

Advertising structures erected without permission have been dismantled in the Sverdlovsk district
Employees of the Land Use Control Department of the Bishkek City Hall, together with the State Agency «Bishkekglavarhitektura», dismantled advertising structures on the section of Moskovskaya Street from Ibraimova Street to Gogol Street, as well as on Suyumbaeva Street.

As part of the reform being carried out by the Ministry of Energy, a number of energy facilities are being reconstructed. In addition, old wooden supports are being replaced with reinforced concrete ones, and new ones are being installed in some areas.
