Seats worth almost 8 million KGS will be purchased for the ‘Ala-Too’ cinema

The Chui Region State Film Directorate has announced a tender for the procurement of seats for the ‘Ala-Too’ cinema. The estimated cost is 7,876,800 KGS. The tender notice has been published on the public procurement portal.

A total of 532 seats of two types are to be purchased. The majority of these will consist of 520 standard cinema seats with a total value of 6,820,800 KGS. Each seat is therefore estimated to cost approximately 13,100 KGS.

According to the technical specifications, the seats must have silent reclining mechanisms, built-in cup holders, powder-coated steel legs and upholstery made from a special fabric.

A further 12 seats, costing 1 million 56 thousand KGS, will be electric recliners. Each will cost 88 thousand KGS. They must be upholstered in genuine leather and fitted with an electric drive, USB charging, a cup holder and a storage compartment.

The supplier must deliver the seats within 20 calendar days of the contract being signed. The warranty period will be at least one year, and any defects identified must be rectified within three to five working days.

Applications will be accepted until 7 August. Potential suppliers are required to inspect the ‘Ala-Too’ cinema in advance and obtain the relevant certificate – without this, bids will be rejected.
