In order to relieve the load of the Central Public Service Centres, we want to provide 50% of public services through ‘Tunduk’ - Mincifra

Today during the meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh Acting Minister of Digital Development Azamat Zhamangulov made a report, where he spoke about the priorities of the ministry for the coming years. He emphasised that the ministry will continue to implement current projects and strengthen them to achieve more tangible results.

First of all, they will strengthen the work of digitalisation of state agencies. Azamat Zhamankulov noted that each state body has those responsible for digitalisation, but they are often overloaded with other duties. In this regard, the ministry plans to actively advise state bodies on the implementation of information systems, their integration and optimisation of digital processes.

‘We will also start working on reducing queues at population service centres (PSCs). For this purpose, the ministry intends to develop a digital platform ‘Tunduk’ so that citizens can receive up to 50% of public services online (now 25% ),’ he said, stressing that the deadline is 2025.

The minister stressed that digitalisation always comes with capital investment.

‘At the moment, most information systems of state bodies are developed by private companies, which creates risks for information security. In the future, the state should independently develop such systems,’ he said.
