At the same time, users are becoming noticeably more active: the average number of orders per customer increased by 12 per year, and in Kyrgyzstan, customers placed 68% more orders than in 2024. The platform's total logistics load also increased: 2.481 billion orders were delivered during the year, which is 1.7 times more than the previous year.
The growth of e-commerce is accompanied by the expansion of infrastructure. In Kyrgyzstan, Ozon is developing a sorting centre in Bishkek and an order acceptance point on the territory of the Dordoi market, as well as expanding its network of delivery points.
Experts note that such growth rates reflect not only the popularisation of online shopping, but also an increase in purchasing power and customer confidence in digital services, as well as the need for companies to adapt their logistics and warehouse capacities to the accelerated flow of orders.
