The euro rose more than all other major currencies against the KGS. NBKR exchange rates as of January 21

As of January 21, 2026, the official US dollar exchange rate remained at 87.4500 KGS.

The euro showed the largest increase of 0.82% and amounted to 102.5089 KGS. The Chinese yuan remained virtually unchanged, increasing by only 0.06% to 12.5666 KGS.

The Kazakh tenge strengthened by 0.52%, reaching 0.1725 som. The Russian ruble also showed an increase of 0.39%, settling at 1.1228 KGS.
