04/14/2025, 11:31There were changes in the composition of the Board of directors of FinansCreditBank OJSC. Powers of two members of the Board - Chynara Dzhakupbekova and Asel Kasymbekova - were early terminated based on their voluntary applications submitted on 11 April 2025.
New appointments to the Board of Directors have not been announced at this time.
Information about candidates and composition of the renewed management body will be published additionally.
In addition, according to the decisions of the Board of Directors, Ermek Alchiev, Chairman of the Management Board, and Avtandil Sulaimanov and Alima Ernis, Deputy Chairmen of the Management Board, were dismissed from their positions. The reason for this was the applications for dismissal at their own will, dated 10 and 11 April 2025.
They were replaced by Irina Zinchenko as the new Chairman of the Management Board, Adel Mambetalieva as Deputy Chairman and Manas Imanov and Roman Volkov as members of the Management Board. The appointments were made by the Board of Directors on 10 and 11 April this year.
The Bank did not disclose the share of participation of these persons in the authorised capital.
