Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority revokes licences of three crypto mining companies

The Financial Market Supervision Authority announced the termination of certificates for three companies engaged in industrial mining.

The decision was made by order of the Financial Supervision Authority on 13 November. It is based on the procedure for registering and issuing mining certificates and clause 13 of the Regulations on the Financial Market Regulation and Supervision Service.

Certificates that have been revoked:

• OsOO ‘ViNET’;
• OsOO ‘Spetsenergomontazh Kara-Balta’;
• Baider LLC.

Previously, these companies were included in the list of legal entities that had received certificates for industrial mining.

According to the updated register, six companies remain among the organisations that have certificates:

• Fenyuen Technology Company LLC — active
• Satellite 2005 OJSC — active
• Business Drive LLC — active
• MBT Stroy LLC — active
• ExJW Mining PTE LLC — active
• Solarcoin LLC — active

We would like to add that earlier, by order of the Financial Supervisory Authority dated 4 November, the previously issued certificate of Xiamen Jiasheng Engineering Machinery LLC for industrial mining activities was revoked.
