Four crypto mining farms' licenses suspended in Kyrgyzstan: what is known about market participants

The Financial Market Regulatory Authority has suspended the industrial mining licenses of several companies. This is according to data from the official register and orders from the regulator.

There are 11 companies listed in the Finnadzor registry, of which four have had their licenses suspended. In particular, industrial mining certificates have been revoked for the following organizations:

  • BaiLeader — registered in September 2023, with foreign participation; founder — Bai Gongpu. The certificate was terminated by order of the Financial Supervisory Authority on November 13, 2025.
  • Xiamen Jiasheng Engineering Machinery — registered in June 2024; founder — Asan Sadykov. The certificate was terminated by order of November 4, 2025.
  • Spetsenergomontazh Kara-Balta — registered in April 2024; founder — Andrei Ivannikov. Certificate terminated by order dated November 13, 2025.
  • ViNET — registered in August 2021; founder — Rakhatbek Irsaliev. Certificate terminated by order dated November 13, 2025.

At the same time, a number of mining companies continue to operate legally — their certificates remain valid:

  • Satellite 2005 — re-registered in October 2024; founder and director — Adylbek Mirzamov.
  • Business Drive — registered in August 2021; founders — Syimyk Mamatkhanov and Mirbek Teshebaev.
  • MBT Stroy — registered in June 2023; founder — Alexey Zaitsev, director — Igor Mikhailiuk.
  • ExJY Mining PTE — operating since 2023, with foreign participation; founders — XJY Power PTE LTD and Zhu Yong.
  • “Fenyuan Technology Company” — registered in August 2023; founder — Jia Libiao.
  • “Solarcoin” — registered in January 2023, with foreign participation; founders — NBTK LLC, Tatiana Martynova, and Liu Jincheng.

The decisions to suspend licenses are in line with the authorities' policy of tightening control over the mining industry, including checking compliance with licensing requirements, power sources, and financial discipline.

As previously reported by Akchabar, the Kyrgyz budget received 97.39 million soms in mining taxes for January-November 2025.
