07/16/2026, 08:54OJSC ‘Microcredit Company “Entrepreneurship Development Fund”’ will increase its authorised capital by 500 million KGS. This decision was taken by the company’s sole shareholder on 26 March 2026.
Following the capital increase, the authorised capital will rise from 1.79 billion KGS to 2.29 billion KGS.
To this end, the company will carry out its fourteenth issue of ordinary registered shares. It is planned to issue 5 million shares with a nominal value of 100 KGS each. The total issue amount will be 500 million KGS.
The additional issue will be placed by private placement. All shares will be allocated to OJSC ‘State Financial Holding’ through a private placement.
The placement will commence following state registration of the share issue and must be completed no later than one year from that date.
Upon completion of the issue, the company’s authorised capital will amount to 2.29 billion KGS, and the total number of shares in issue will reach 22.93 million.
The shareholder also approved the new version of the articles of association and instructed the board to carry out the company’s state re-registration.
