09/10/2025, 17:37The Financial and Credit Fund transferred all borrowers' debts to the state to the Entrepreneurship Development Fund. To this end, the parties signed a special agreement.
The transfer took place in connection with the creation of the State Financial Holding open joint-stock company on the basis of the Financial and Credit Fund.
The documents were transferred on behalf of the fund by the chairman of the State Financial Holding, Eldiyar Doolbekov, and signed on behalf of the Fund by the chairman of the fund's board, Ishenbek Medetov.
Now, the Fund will be responsible for the repayment of budget loans. The money that borrowers will repay will be used by the Entrepreneurship Development Fund to issue new loans to support businesses. The financial institution will be able to use this money for 20 years, after which it will be returned to the state budget.
The total amount of debt transferred to the Entrepreneurship Development Fund was 2 billion 658.7 million soms. This is the debt of 18,414 borrowers.
