Along with Demir Bank, the programme includes Ayil Bank, Eldik Bank, MBank, Dos-Kredobank and KSB Bank.
The expansion of the list of participants reflects the sustained demand for the product, which has effectively become the only tool for many families to purchase their own homes.
According to the Guarantee Fund, by mid-November, 52 guarantees had been issued for a total amount of over 61.6 million KGS. This made it possible to attract mortgage financing in the amount of 237.6 million KGS. It is noteworthy that in October alone, 27 guarantees were issued, providing access to loans for 122.3 million KGS.
Kyrgyz citizens who have been working or doing business for at least one year are eligible to participate in the programme. The guarantee covers up to 30% of the cost of the property being purchased, the maximum loan amount is 10 million KGS, and the commission is 2% of the guarantee coverage amount.
