According to the analytics, the capital accounted for 46% of all responses, with an increase of 27.3% compared to 2024. This confirms the stable demand for specialists and the high concentration of personnel in Bishkek. The city continues to strengthen its position as one of the key locations in the labour market for psychologists.
Talas and Tokmok account for significantly smaller shares — 2.2% and 2.7%. Nevertheless, both cities are showing positive dynamics: the increase was 7.1% and 16.1%.
