Based on the act of prosecutor's response of the General Prosecutor's Office, the property complex of LLC ‘F’ (former distillery) was returned to state ownership.

According to the materials received from the SCNB, a statement of claim was filed with the Pervomaisky District Court of Bishkek to invalidate the documents that served as the basis for the illegal seizure of property from state ownership, reclaim 100% of the share in the authorised capital and transfer it to state ownership of LLC ‘F’, which as a result of court proceedings was fully satisfied.

In this regard, the property complex with a market value of 610 million 689 thousand soms was accepted on the balance sheet of the state.
