The State Committee for National Security reminded meat sellers to comply with state prices

The State Committee for National Security held a meeting with major entrepreneurs involved in the sale of meat products. The reason for this was the current state regulation, according to which the price of meat should not exceed 790 KGS per kilogram. Commissions involving the Bishkek mayor's office, the antitrust service, and law enforcement agencies visited retail outlets to explain the requirements and check the situation.

Businesses were told that artificially inflating prices is unacceptable and warned that violations will be dealt with under the law. In particular, deliberate price sabotage could lead to criminal liability.

The State Committee for National Security emphasized that monitoring of compliance with the fixed price will continue. The measures are aimed at ensuring food security and price stability for socially important goods.
