State Tax Service received service vehicles for mobile teams

In honor of the 35th anniversary of the formation of the State Tax Service, the tax authorities were presented with service cars.

The event was attended by Almambet Shykmamatov, Chairman of the State Tax Service, Mr. Kanybek Tumanbaev, Chief of Staff of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, and employees of the tax authorities.

In his speech, Chairman of the State Tax Service Almambet Shykmatov noted that for the first time in the history of the State Tax Service with the support of the state were awarded 65 cars of domestic production of “Chevrolet Cobalt” brand.

Almambet Shykmatov emphasized that the issued cars will be used to improve the work of mobile groups for prompt detection of counterfeit and unaccounted goods, will contribute to strengthening the fight against the shadow economy.

“These cars are not intended for executives, but precisely to improve the effectiveness of mobile groups”, — said Almambet Shykmatov.

Also, the chairman of the State Tax Service said that if earlier the state budget received 3 billion 700 million soms from the excise tax on oil products, with the introduction of the mandatory labeling system this amount reached 5 billion 300 million soms.

Last year, oil traders received 8 billion soms a year, and now this amount has grown to 12 billion soms.

Almambet Shykmamatov added that it became possible due to strengthening of state control, fight against smuggling and improvement of tax culture.
