05/15/2025, 18:30The State Tax Service warns of a new type of fraud. Fake notifications are being sent to taxpayers and organisations via email on behalf of the tax service.
The State Tax Service informs that it does not send notifications to taxpayers by email. It is noted that messages received with a request to follow a link or download a file are an attempt at fraud.
«Recently, there have been cases of fake emails sent out on behalf of the tax authorities with warnings about tax arrears. Clicking on links in such emails may result in the installation of malicious software, theft of personal data or device blocking», — the statement said.
The State Tax Service reminds taxpayers that up-to-date information is only available through their personal account on the website www.cabinet.salyk.kg.
