02/09/2026, 08:59The State Tax Service under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic plans to spend more than 8 million KGS on the rental of server equipment. Information about this is posted on the public procurement portal.
According to the published data, the purchase is being made under the name ‘Server Equipment Rental.’ The purchase amount is 8,741,520 KGS.
The supplier will be determined based on the results of the public procurement procedure. According to the documentation, the State Tax Service intends to rent nine enterprise-class servers. Each server must be equipped with at least two Enterprise-level processors with a base clock speed of 2.30 GHz, at least 24.75 MB L3 cache, a minimum of 18 cores and 36 threads, as well as support for Turbo Boost technology.
The RAM requirements stipulate at least 128 GB DDR4 with a frequency of 2666 MHz. In terms of data storage, at least six enterprise-class SSD drives with a capacity of 960 GB each are specified. The network infrastructure must provide at least two 10 Gb/s SFP+ channels, as well as a separate interface for remote management and maintenance of the equipment.
The servers must be located in a specialised room with round-the-clock operation. Mandatory requirements include an air conditioning system, uninterruptible power supply, a diesel generator, server cabinets with locks, access control systems, video surveillance, fire extinguishing and climate monitoring. Military-style security is also required.
Electricity costs are included in the monthly rent.
In recent years, the State Tax Service has been steadily expanding its digital infrastructure, including tax administration systems and electronic services for businesses and citizens.
