02/09/2026, 12:18Minister of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Utilities Nurdan Oruntaev inspected the progress of construction of a plant for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks, which is being built in the Kochkorbaev aiyl aiymak of the Issyk-Ata district of the Chui region.
During his working visit, the minister inspected the progress of construction work, the readiness of production buildings, and the technological equipment being installed. He noted that the ministry would provide all necessary support for the timely and high-quality implementation of the project.
The plant is being built by HUARUY LLC as part of an investment agreement. The total cost of the project is $10 million. The facility is scheduled to be commissioned in April 2026.
The enterprise will be equipped with modern Chinese technologies and will be able to produce from 500 to 1,500 cubic meters of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks per day, up to 200,000 cubic meters per year. This will provide the domestic market with high-quality and affordable building materials, as well as reduce dependence on imports.
The implementation of the project will create new jobs in the region and contribute to the sustainable development of the construction industry. The launch of the plant will increase the pace of construction of housing and infrastructure facilities.
Currently, the main production buildings have been completed, and work is underway to install equipment. The next stage will involve commissioning, training specialists, and preparing to put the plant into operation.
