06/10/2025, 10:00The auto repair plant has been transferred to the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Utilities. The company disclosed this information to the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange (BTS) as part of its disclosure requirements.
Specifically, it was reported that 98.48% of the shares were transferred to the ministry on May 27. It is specified that the transaction was gratuitous. Previously, the shares were managed by the State Agency for State Property Management. The volume of securities transferred amounted to 174 million 354 thousand 360 shares with a nominal value of 53.4 million KGS.
We would like to add that, according to public data, the company had foreign capital in May last year.
