The State Tax Service will not penalize for the absence of electronic invoices

The State Tax Service will not penalize for the absence of electronic invoices. This was announced by Deputy Chairman of the Tax Service Kubanychbek Ysabekov.

He noted that the norm applies only to those who purchase goods from sellers working in markets under the Single Tax with rates of 0.1%, 0.5%, 1%, as well as in special trade zones (Dordoi, Kara-Suu). After the transition to the patent system (the rates of the Unified regime of 0.1% and 1% for markets will be abolished and patents will be introduced instead), there will be no need to apply ESF and cash registers. Accordingly, buyers from patent holders will also be able to purchase goods without ESF.

“The tax service of the Kyrgyz Republic will not apply income tax at the rate of 5%. After the purchase of goods can be safely sold further and, if necessary, to issue an ESF,” he said.

If you buy goods without documents, you lose the right to deduct the cost of production when calculating income tax. Entrepreneurs working in the market, but under other tax regimes and rates, this norm does not apply.

“There are changes in the tax sphere aimed at supporting small and medium-sized businesses and simplifying business activities. At the same time, the Tax Service is strengthening control over large businesses and imports of goods, focusing on analytics, detection of tax evasion schemes, pseudo-exports and other abuses. It should be noted that these measures concern only unscrupulous businesses,” he said.
