In accordance with the new tax legislation, the Tax Service will send notices of land tax assessments, as well as residential buildings and premises, to taxpayers no later than 30 calendar days before the tax payment deadline, i.e. by 1 August.
Taxpayers can also calculate and pay property tax themselves through their electronic taxpayer account or use the electronic calculator on the Tax Service's official website — https://sti.gov.kg/.
