The State Financial Holding has provided a guarantee for a $40 million loan to purchase two Airbus A321ceo aircraft

The State Financial Holding Company will act as guarantor for a $40 million loan that ‘Airports of Kyrgyzstan’ is taking out from ‘Eldik Bank’ to purchase two Airbus A321ceo aircraft.

The relevant decision was approved by the sole shareholder of the State Financial Holding Company on 21 May. The guarantee is provided exclusively for the principal amount of the loan and has been drawn up in accordance with the Cabinet of Ministers’ decree of 27 April 2026.

The guarantee agreement between the State Financial Holding, Airports of Kyrgyzstan and Eldik Bank was signed on 5 June this year. According to the disclosed information, the funds raised will be used to purchase and commission two Airbus A321ceo aircraft.

The transaction falls into the category of major deals, as its value exceeds 10% of the State Financial Holding’s asset value.

At the same time, the shareholder approved another major transaction. The State Financial Holding will provide a guarantee of $30 million for the obligations of Naryn Production Partnership LLC to the Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund. The decision was taken in accordance with the Cabinet of Ministers’ order of 17 April this year.

Thus, the total volume of liabilities for which the State Financial Holding acts as guarantor has reached $70 million.
