State Leasing Company announced its withdrawal from the capital of the “Virtual Asset Issuer”

State Leasing Company OJSC has officially notified about significant changes in its asset ownership structure. Within the framework of the last corporate reorganization the company has completely withdrawn from the structure of shareholders of Virtual Assets Issuer OJSC.

According to the published information, until January 31 of this year “State Leasing Company” owned 7.9 thousand copies of “Virtual Asset Issuer” securities. However, after the mentioned date the stake of the issuer in the capital of this legal entity decreased to zero.

Thus, “Virtual Assets Issuer” OJSC was previously included in the list of companies where “State Leasing Company” had a significant stake. Details about the reasons of withdrawal from the capital are not disclosed.
