05/15/2025, 17:41State Secretary Suyunbek Kasmambetov announced his resignation on his social media page. He sent a corresponding statement to the president.
«Dear fellow citizens! On 8 April 2025, I turned 65 years old. I have worked in public service for 43 years. In accordance with the law and setting an example, I am resigning from my post. Let new people come in. I am infinitely grateful to the president for our joint, respectful and fruitful work. Today, I sent him my letter of resignation and expressed my gratitude. I am always with you!», — he wrote.
Incidentally, Suyunbek Kasmambetov was appointed state secretary in 2021.
