Through its subsidiary, Gostamzunya became the owner of a 29% stake in a company with Chinese participation

The state customs infrastructure is expanding its presence in the logistics sector. The company announced the acquisition of 29.099% of the authorized capital of Silk Agro Logistic LLC. The transaction took place on December 8.

According to the Ministry of Justice, Silk Agro Logistic specializes in agricultural crop processing services. The company was established on December 8 this year. It has Chinese capital and three founders, one of whom is Wu Hongwei.

Prior to the transaction, State Customs Infrastructure did not own any shares in the company.

We would like to add that earlier, Akchabar wrote that OJSC State Customs Infrastructure, owned by the State Customs Service, acquired a stake in LLC State Logistics Company.
