05/20/2026, 09:49Dostuk Hotel OJSC has granted a short-term loan to its shareholder, the Federation of Trade Unions of Kyrgyzstan. This is stated in a company press release.
The loan amount was 5 million KGS. The funds were provided for the period from 19 May 2026 to 15 April 2027 at an annual interest rate of 12%, in line with the base rate of the National Bank of Kyrgyzstan.
The decision to grant the loan was taken by the Board of Directors of OJSC “Dostuk Hotel”. The relevant resolution was approved on 18 May 2026. The transaction came into effect on 19 May 2026.
The company also reported that the remaining shareholders are entitled to receive a short-term loan on similar terms until the payment of dividends for the 2026 financial year.
