06/13/2025, 11:32The Issyk-Kul Region Prosecutor's Office has returned the former Geolog resort and Orlenok children's camp, located in the village of Sary-Oi, to state ownership. The properties, with a total land area of 12.81 hectares, had previously been illegally privatized for the benefit of private individuals.
According to the supervisory authority, the market value of the returned property is 638 million KGS. The decision was made as part of measures to return socially significant properties that had previously been transferred to private hands in violation of the law.
The prosecutor's office continues to work to restore the property rights of the state.
