07/02/2026, 15:53The Issyk-Ata District Prosecutor’s Office has secured the return to state ownership of a five-storey guest house and a plot of land within the Issyk-Ata resort. The total value of the property is 112 million KGS
According to the General Prosecutor’s Office, an investigation revealed that in 2005, the five-storey guest house, with a total floor area of 2,128.48 square metres, together with a plot of land measuring 0.10 hectares, had been unlawfully transferred into private ownership.
Following the prosecutor’s investigation, remedial measures were taken, resulting in the property and the adjacent plot of land being returned to state ownership.
