04/07/2025, 09:50The Prosecutor's Office of Osh region achieved the return to state ownership of a distillery, which was previously illegally transferred to a private company. The facility is located in Kara-Suu District and includes a land plot of 5.91 hectares.
According to the supervisory body, the inspection revealed violations of legislation on state property. As a result of the measures taken, the plant and the land plot with a total value of 276 million soms were returned to the state.
The Prosecutor's Office continues to monitor the observance of property rights of the state and prevention of illegal transfer of assets.
