07/29/2025, 09:00The State Committee for National Security reported that the building of the Abai Humanitarian and Economic College in Kara-Balta has been returned to the state.
The three-storey dormitory building of the No. 10 named after Makarenko, with an area of 837.6 square metres and an adjacent land plot of 0.45 hectares, was illegally transferred to the Chui University named after Mambetkaliev on a gratuitous basis on the basis of a decree of the head of the Zhayyl district.
In 2018, based on the above-mentioned decree, a state act of private ownership was issued for this land plot.
In 2021, based on an agreement on the transfer of immovable property to a non-profit organisation free of charge, this plot was illegally transferred to the ownership of the Abai Humanitarian and Economic College.
