Cabinet of Ministers Approves List of Seasonal Works

The Cabinet of Ministers has approved a list of seasonal jobs. The relevant resolution was signed by the Chairman of the Cabinet, Adylbek Kasymaliyev.

The document defines the types of activities whose nature and specifics require the seasonal recruitment of workers.

The list includes such areas as agricultural work, work related to the production of sugar beet, meat processing during the period of mass slaughter of livestock, the harvesting and processing of berries, fruits and vegetables during the period of mass ripening, the maintenance of heating systems — furnaces, boilers and other devices, work related to the reception, storage and issuance of clothing and personal belongings of guests, and others.

Geological exploration and related work, as well as tunnelling, drilling and surveying work in geology, mining and other fields are included in the list of seasonal jobs.

The resolution comes into force ten days after its official publication.
